Watching the preseason game and Ryan Griffin looks pretty good. All I can think about is he went to Tulane and won like 3 games and how MSU has a really bad history of QB's.

Anyway, I moved to New York and don't have anyone to discuss the Saints with.

How do you think we finish this season? Preseason, but we look pretty solid.

Haven't watched much pre season but I'm excited. No one looks at them as a contender and all experts seem to think Brees isn't neck and neck with the Brady and manning like he use to be. I guess I somewhat agree that it's Rodgers, Brady, manning in that order but I think brees means more to his team than any of the other 3. We saw how cassel and flynn played when the were forced into action. I don't know if the saints would win more than 3 games if brees was out.

Don't follow NFL much and live in Saints country but not a fan...looking at the schedule maybe win 8 games.

Anywhere from a 8-8 to a 11-5 team. Our D can't get be any worse than last season, we added some good players on D during the off season. Plus we got a steal in the draft, in Vaccaro S from Texas. We stay healthy we're a playoff team. Not sure if we can beat out ATL for the div. Knocking them off that first game, could give us a shot at it though.

So many questions still

We know the offensive skill positions are solid if healthy - Brees, Sproles, Colston, Graham, Thomas, Moore are proven. Ingram needs to step up into his role this year.

Young offensive skill guys could be exciting: Kenny Stills and Nick Toon are gonna be fun to watch. Overall, barring injury to Brees offense should produce as usual.

Defense is a gigantic question mark. Converting to a 3-4 is never easy out of the gate with players learning their new roles and adapting to the new physical requirements. But like someone else said--man it can't be worse than last year. Voccaro has been a lift for sure.

Opening game is so important this year. For the Saints to make any noise in the playoffs they need that homefield advantage. Beating Atlanta would be a great start.

Funny how the similarities are between the Saints' huge question marks and the Dawgs' huge question marks prior to the season. Both start right off the bat with highly meaningful games that could set the tone for the season.
