How many NFL teams have made one appearance in the Super Bowl? How many have won in their one appearance?

Without looking it up I know that Tampa Bay, Baltimore, and the New York Jets have all won their only appearances in the Super Bowl.

I know that Atlanta and Carolina have both made it once but lost...I'm sure there are others.

Edited to add that first time superbowl franchises(this eliminates the St. Louis Rams and LA Raiders) were 9-18 in their first superbowl. Certainly not great odds, but nothing you wouldn't expect.</p>
