I'll hand it to Green Bay, they know when a QB has reached his expiration date. Though I think it's fair to say Rogers would probably look a lot better if he'd never left.

That's what a smart organization does. Sell/trade a star player just before he hits the big decline. Who knows what Rogers would have done if he'd never left? He could have been injured just as easily in a Packers uniform as a Jets one. And a 40-year old QB whose missed a season not producing the numbers he once didn't isn't exactly earth shaking news.

All I read this summer was how good the Jets were gonna be with their D and a HOF QB. Of course, I'm stuck with Breece Hall Garrett Wilson on my fantasy team now.

Rodgers was solid in 2020 and 2021, but he’s been an average to below average QB in the NFL something like 7 of the last 10 years.

I think he would need the proper organization and team. Trying to build something around him has not been very successful.

Give Rodgers time in the pocket, a few great receivers and he will STILL destroy you.

LeBron can take over a game because of the rules of not allowing anyone to touch or breathe on or be within 2 feet of a franchise NBA player. Many old timers could do well with those rules.

There’e really not much of an excuse for them to stink this year, especially with Tua hurt. They should be clearly the number two team in that division and in playoff contention.
