Sounds like Ian took all the fun out of this one. Fun fact, Cal Preps actually had Cburg with this one, 27-26 (computers obviously don't forecast for the weather).

They have made some personal changes on defense. One move was putting Lewis inYea, I know virtually nothing (who scored?). I found what I thought was their radio broadcast but could never get it to load so I gave up and did something else. You could find a tweet about the game every 30 minutes or so and that was it.
D's been doing a bit better each week since the first two weeks. Two shutouts and only three TDs given up in the past four games.

Peyton Lewis 5 yd TD run, PAT was mishandled & no good.Yea, I know virtually nothing (who scored?). I found what I thought was their radio broadcast but could never get it to load so I gave up and did something else. You could find a tweet about the game every 30 minutes or so and that was it.

#5?Yea, that was a big plus, kid loves to hit. Persinger seems to be in now as well but I can't tell if #5 is injured or if it's an actual change.
It was a good call to go for it, even though they didn't make it. If they punted, it would have been into the wind. The punt could have been blocked or the wind could literally have blown the ball backwards. Gutsy performance by the whole team.RT article fills it in a bit but man, talk about knowing your defense can handle it if you put the pressure on them. Salem attempts a 4th and 2 on their own 27 and fails. Cburg gets the ball with 1:40 remaining and fails to find the EZ and the game ends.
#5 is a JV guy, Bryson Fraction. IDK if you meant #6 (Josiah Moyer) or #4 (Jonathan Vernon). They are both CB and are healthy. They played last night. In the Blacksburg game a couple of guys started on defense, (#36 Wilson Rakes & #22 Josiah Persinger) not because of any injury that I'm aware of, but because they wanted to see how those guys would do starting.Yea, that was a big plus, kid loves to hit.
