All things being equal: same thing that happens to 99% of other programs in the state. They get a good class of kids, play them for a few years, succeed, the kids graduate, program declines thereafter. Same exact thing happened to Cburg about a decade ago when Motley and a couple other FBS talents were running that triple option. Great team when those kids were there, sank right back down when they left.
I mean, that's just how it goes in HS for just about everyone.
