Salem intra-squad scrimmage

I went by after going to the grocery store and saw the intra squad scrimmage, things look to be progressing quite well. Offense looks pretty darn good. The offensive line looked better than I thought it would. Looks like they have a lot of interchangeable players. Playing more games the last 3 years seems to have really improved their depth. Next Friday we'll get to see how they look against Magna Vista and Brookville. My doctor told me that he got me the box seats again this year! I'm so thankful and I'm ready for football to start up again!

I haven't seen or heard anything official but lancerfirst, a MV fan, said it was 6:00. That seems right because Henry Co schools start on Monday. I wouldn't think they'd schedule a scrimmage for 10 AM, that would mean football players would miss pretty much the whole day. So 6:00 at Spartan Field, in front of the high school with MV & Brookville. That's where the intra-squad scrimmage was also. I should be there if you'd care to meet, I would like that. I enjoy meeting people from the board to put a face with the screen name. I've met about 10 people from the board from Amherst, Rockbridge, Northside, Louisa, Dinwiddie, & Salem of course, everyone has been really nice

The info. I have is at 6:00 p.m. JV goes there Wed. at 6:00 and they come here Friday to scrimmage varsity at 6:00.
