Samford was a good tune up. Ready to face some better competition

I hope CBP got what he wanted from the O-line changes. Or, perhaps he was hoping to use a dual threat QB as a way to draw in defenders and then run past them.

Either way, I hope that the team got some good experience and is ready to take on NC State this Saturday.

I have no idea on how to pick this next game. UofL has competed this season with every team it has played. Lost to Auburn by 7, lost to Houston by 3(# 7th offense in the nation) , and lost to Clemson by 3(# 9th defense in the nation).
With a good showing from the offense and defense against Samford, UofL now has the confidence going into NC State.
NC State is 4-0 but has not played any top level competition. NC State has the THIRD BEST defense in the nation allowing only 50 yds rushing per game. 156 passing yards per game. They have the 29th best offense in the nation (259 yds rushing pg and 219 yds passing pg).

We end the season on weak competition. I know uk has the better record and possibly the better players but we will beat them anyway!
