the jury wanted to re-hear McQueary's testamony, wanting a witness other than those that accused him...10 have accused him, testified, and had to bear the burden of dealing with it. That ought to be enough.
Sick Man!

Ha that dude came out and said "Yeah, the judge was awesome. The jury got it right. There was so much evidence against my guy."

He still got paid, so I guess it doesn't matter to him. 45 guilty verdicts out of 48 counts is beyond substantial. The only grounds he figured he really had a shot at appealing were with the technicalities with the janitor... and maybe a biased jury (which makes you wonder his affirming comments about the jury).

At least he's objective.

It has to be hard to be a lawyer and represent a person like Sandusky. I guess in that case all he is hoping to do is save face and get his client protective custody in jail.

being known as the lawyer that tried to get Sandusky off the hook probably isn't good for his business.

So, maybe he is trying to save face as well.

could be very bad for his business. I personally wasn't expecting near that number of guilty verdicts to be passed down. Like I said, 45 guilty verdicts out of 48 counts is beyond substantial. There isn't any room to appeal those.

They can go to the judge and say, "watch this idiot that was repping this guy in his post trial interview. He essentially threw his ( and now OUR) client under the bus."

Never know how some of these guys "plan" for the next fight.

If he wasn't, he was hired by Sandusky. If not court appointed, he didn't have to represent him or take the money.

His client was convicted on 45 of 48 counts in a very high profile case. He didn't do a good job at all leaving doubt in jurors minds about anything. I think he did a pretty bad job from day 1 with some of the statements he made.
