No need to be. When I wrote that original comment, I did so offhand. I figured someone would counter right away with a contrary opinion, maybe even carrying a certain degree of indignation. I was eager to see it. I had almost given up hope.

Yes, we were competing with a couple of schools with very good academic reputations and UCONN. She chose UCONN.

I was with you from the beginning, that we get Edwards OR Strong but not both. I got hoping when she came to our home game.
Frankly I think UConn is a better fit for her. First off they really need her and Geno’s scheme is probably more tailored to her specific gifts than ours.
