Does anyone use an HD DishNetwork system on gameday? We have attempted to use one for a couple of games but wound using rabbit ears instead because we could not get an adequate signal. If anyone has been successful, please let share with me the satellite number, transponder, tilt, and azimuth you are using to get the signal. I'd like to get it working this weekend to watch the beginning of the Auburn game.

On a different note, for those running generators beware of ethanol in the gas. Our generator was acting up last weekend from ethanol absorbing water and fouling up the carb. Mix some Stabil in with the gas to prevent this.

It goes straight into your TV then you scan for available channels. I have done that with my television at home and the signal is better than my HD box. You will have to play with it to get the best signal strength.

Hard to get on the portable because wind, movement, etc. I went to old Dish dish, much easier to get signal, but not HD. The "U" is not in HD, and that is who has broadcast most of our games.

I find that hard to believe since ****** Comcast even has the U in HD.

I know there are a lot of Dish and Direct TV fans, I have just never had good luck with either. Neither system was reliable and I was constantly having to reset receivers and call customer service.
