Why the 17 can’t we just do the right damned thing and wear maroon helmets with no stripes? It ain’t that difficult.
I guess we're celebrating the 52-0 beatdown we suffered in 2001 the last time we wore all white with those helmets to Florida.

SWEET.....let's have an extremely lengthy discussion about this and express our personal tastes and opinions in a manner where we actually think we will have influence w/in the athletic department and those that plan our unis (**yes I opened the thread knowing full well, and yes, I was actually interested to see......and yes, I created a grumpy reply and made myself laugh, so it was all worth it to me).
You can thank Hadad and Faulk for that. They've been on the war path on logos for years now. It has resulted in State twitter mentions being a **** show.
Underrated piece: replacing banner M with &tate in the jersey collar. This jersey makeup is about as good as we've had since 2014.

It’s a great look. We didn’t lose because of a uniform and didn’t win in those sh*tty a** logo uniforms we used to wear in your profile picture. We finally have an AD that is wearing what looks good. Thank god. Now get mad about it, cause it’s your right to do what the rest of us that aren’t 75 and wearing cell phone cases with braided belts have been doing for 2 decades. Get it out. Get it all out, cause it’s here to stay. The problem you’re going to have is you’re on an island with about 4 people who agree with you.

Line is down to -9.5 which seems just about right. Florida by 10 is my guess unless we hold them to a couple of red zone field goals.

The fact is we didn’t win or lose because of a logo on a uniform, which was the point. Wear what looks good, which is what we are finally starting to do.

Well, your opinion is the minority. You’re welcome to have it, but most don’t think it is, which is why we are wearing it more and not wearing the one you like.
Banner M just isn't aesthetically pleasing. Go ask any of the coeds in the graphic design department.
