Savannah Bananas playing on ESPN right now...........

I have never heard of the Savannah Bananas. Could each of you who have heard of them weigh in on whether you like them vs not, whether you’ve been to a game (include any upcoming games and/or ticket challenges), whether you think it’s good for baseball, whether your spouse approves, any pricing opinions, or other relevant commentary. Please make separate posts for each, as it’s important to stay organized.

I turned on the game a little while ago, this one was in Nats Park (I assumed it was live but I’m not positive). They had Wilson Ramos as a guest player (retired National). I don’t know if they do that every game, but it me wonder if they’ll have a guest player when they play at DNF. Fun to think about who it would be.

I’m hoping for a guest manager and it will be Polk. Would love to see him cussing out the ump then they both break into the Macarena.
I was watching the replay of the game at Clemson last night and this is the first time I’d really watched any of their antics/games.
I was kind of surprised at the overall athletic ability of a lot of the guys and was enjoying watching it and my wife came in and watched maybe 5 minutes and said this is the Harlem Globetrotters and wrestling rolled up into a baseball game.
Guess she was unimpressed!
