last night, and saw something I'd never seen before. Apparently on the day of the attack FDR was having a severe bout of sinusitis which he had his whole life.(but still chain smoked). He spent several hours with his physician to get treatment. Back then before all the antibiotics made their appearance the standard treatment for severe sinusitis was.........cocaine swabs up the sinus cavity. Can you imagine trying to wrap your mind around something like that with a cocaine buzz?.....Never tried the stuff myself but it sure used to space my toot snorting buddies out......I wonder how much of the story is factual or just supposition?

It always sped me up and provided a clarity of everything around me. My mind was faster, focused, and stamina was off the charts. Best way I've seen or been able to describe it was like the seen from Wolf on a Wallstreet. It was like Popeye eating his spinach.
