Yep... that pic with the trojan is from our game 2012. That dress sitting square in front of me was a nice distraction. I shouldn't complain though... Chris Wilson's defense gave her a LOT of reasons to jump around, cheer and, in general, wiggle her *** as we got dragged up and down the field.

How in the hell does someone on here know who Brock Nutter is? I grew up in Natchez as an Ole Miss fan, but went to Troy from 98-02. Nutter was QB for Troy State in '01 when the mighty Trojans endured a tornado and beat MS 21-9. That was a good team. Demontray Carter (saw significant playing time for Auburn) started at RB. Mookie Moore (started for Alabama and went on to play in the NFL for several years) started at OL. Nutter was a 5th year senior.

Nutter was a pretty large douche back in the day. Local legend was that he once stole a John Deere Gator from the filed house and drove it heavily intoxicated around town.

His wife, Jamie Mitchell, was in my sister's sorority. Nice girl. She was the odd combo of pageant girl/rodeo girl. She did some weird rodeo monologue for the Ms. TSU pageant one year.

I remember, I have just tried to drink those memories away.

I remember Nutter and the tornado in 2001, cheerleaders (guys) running and sliding in the standing water & stupid Madkin interceptions.

I remember us calling a stupid QB draw on the last play in 2002 instead of just taking a knee, getting QB Kevin Fant hurt.

I remember sitting at Troy in 2012---"IN...COME...PLETE!!!" "Shawn Southward!!" and that weird fake little F 16 jet that they drive around the field after a score, and my Jeep ' s GPS response when I typed in Troy, AL..."why the Hell do you want to go there? Let's go to New Orleans instead."
