4th down play was just a terrible play call. The QB is/was injured, he hasn't been an effective runner all game, and then bingo.....you try to out think the room and run him. I'm sure SH told CDH that he could make it, but.......yeah CDH should have known better.

I would still like to here an explanation on why he chose to throw the ball 42 times last night instead of doing what worked 4 games in a row. I know you do that if the run is not working but Smallwood was playing great. Smallwood should have gotten that play call not Howard. Smallwood is WVU's best player. Give him a chance to make that play
I found myself screaming at the TV.....it was clear that passing game wasn't the best that it's ever been and that we could move the ball via the running attack....I agree, they should have given him the chance to make a play or at least do a quick screen.....
The problem is it should never have been an issue. Kicking off to probably the best returner in college football(after he had already burned us twice) was the most idiotic thing Dana has done the whole year and he has done a bunch. And as head coach it falls on him if the knuckle head special teams coach ain't smart enough to know better.
