Rarely do these second stints work. I just think the culture of losing at Rutgers is too much to overcome, especially now in the B10. Schiano caught lightening in a bottle with Leonard and Rice coming along after the Big East was watered down. If he even gets them to 7 wins on a regular basis that will be a win for Rutgers. They need to schedule OOC games like Baylor had this year to pad the win totals each year.
