Only thing I'll say is - I certainly hope you are right.
My pick is the Sooners 63-28. This is with no Sooners turnovers and a defensive TD or kick return TD. Feel the Sooners top to bottom know this may be the most important game Sooners have come up against in a long time.
I'll go 41-27 Boomer. Not really sure what to expect in a rematch like this. I feel OU didn't necessarily play their best first time around and UT played their best game of the year. Here's to hoping for an injury free game, UT turnovers and no OU turnovers.
I'll predict 51-48 OU.

Not at all. We all know how ridiculous bullmarket is.
I think it's going to be a crazy game. I think Texas absolutely has to pressure Kyler and force him to make mistakes. They have to come out pissed off and dominate the lines. I don't think we can win a shootout. I think we need a turnover, force 3 punts at least and a turnover on downs.
Predicting a blowout win by OU is just kind of stupid. As if that D is suddenly going to be able to stop a good offense.
He made a prediction, he does not know just as nobody else does but he gave one. What is yours? If I were a texas fan OU is not the team I would want to face tomorrow. But I guess we will all see soon enough what happens. BOOMER
There is so much riding on this game for OU. Yes Texas wants to be the spoiler and take the B12 Championship back to Austin for the first time in a long time but I believe OU comes out and plays its best game of the season.
If OU does this and Bama beats UGA it isnt going to matter what the Buckeyes do vs. NW. OU will be in.

Maryland, Tulsa, KSU, Baylor, ISU, and Kansas all held Texas under 30 points. OU has more talent on paper than any of those schools so if they can do it, OU should be able to do it as well.
As for those "juggernaut" defenses that held Texas below 30 points? OU scored 51 vs KSU, 37 vs ISU, 66 vs Baylor, and 55 vs Kansas.
If OU can play up to their potential, they should be able to beat Texas, somewhere to the tune of 45-24.
Also, don't forget many "experts" compared Ohio State's defense to OU's, before they dominated Michigan's offense. The same defense that gave up 51 points to Maryland the week before, which is also the same Maryland team that kept Texas under 30 points and beat them.

I am curious, what do think constitutes a shootout? In an earlier post you said you did not think Texas could win in a shootout.
