We aren't going to be able to get a bunch of blue chip guys every year. But if we get to the point where almost every single starter has redshirted and has been in the program an extra year, we are in great shape.
Two seasons from now I think we are going to be very very good. Russell as a senior, Prescott an experienced sophomore, Griffin, Milton, Perk, an OL that will have played a ton of games together and will be full of juniors and seniors,Malcolm and Robert Johnson, Morrow, Carr hopefully, Jameon Lewis,Market, Fosselman,a DL with PJ Jones, Evans, Nick James,Autry, Eulls, a LB core of Bohanna, Skinner, Wells, Holmes, Arrington, and maybe one of the Browns, CB's like Calhoun, Love, and hopefully Redmond, and safeties like Whitley, Jay Hughes and Zac Jackson. Not to mention hopefully Devon Bell in the kicking game who can put in out of the endzone.
Dan has built this team well. We haven't seen it yet because a ton of his recruitshave redshirted and are still very young. He has given many on our team an extra year to sit, learn, be in the training program, and prepare for SEC football. Stricklin gets it, Mullen gets it, and I think very soon we are going to see all of the redshirting pay off.
