When Scott first got the job I thought he was a joke. I didn't think he had what it took to be an AD in the SEC. For the first few years he didn't have that swagger. Like he was shy.

I was wrong. It's like his nuts have dropped over the past 2 years and he has some confidence. He is our lobbyist and he has marketed MSU into a national name. Our Athletic Dept is stable for the time ever probably. He is doing things on campus with renovations nobody thought was possible. He's here to stay and I believe he will keep Mullen for a very long time.
Good things have started happening at State and I believe it's just the beginning. We are about to see things nobody ever could've dreamed. I'm glad I'm 30 and will not have to go through 60+ years of agony like some people.

The title might scare away a few readers - at least there is no picture icon

Thanks a lot for putting that image in my head. I would prefer not to think about Stricklin's nut sack.

He wears them around his neck. That's why he uses the top shirt button.

Well, I am 74 and from the Class of '62.....for me the agony of 55+ years makes all of this year even sweeter.....more enjoyable and a wonderful way to go out of this ole world with a blast....(not that I'm planning on leaving anytime soon.....)
