I don't think this is accurate. Georgia tech doesn't dominate metro Atlanta, UGA controls the whole state with the exception of Statesboro where Georgia Southern is dominant. GT doesn't sell out their own home games so I seriously doubt Vivid Seats is selling a ton of tickets to tech games in the Atlanta metro area on the secondary market unless they are being sold to visiting team fans.
