I tried to log on to the site just to take a look at it and it asked for my customer number an seat selection pin? Has anyone received these? On the initial email it said I could just log in using my email address and dog tag pw

The tutorial also says to use your dogtag login information, but that doesn't work for me either.

Use all Capital letters on Dogtag user name and password.

All lower case for email address and upper case for password. That's not normal

for my DogTag but it worked on seat selection.
