Saw a lot of discussion in a couple of earlier threads, so here is the clarification

The Thursday-Friday-Saturday series fall under the normal rules of other weekend series

Sunday is not an option period, end of discussion

Saturday is the get-away day for Tennessee, so if two games are played the first game by rule can not start later than 4 p.m. and by rule the second game not start later than 6 p.m.

If you are not playing by 4 p.m. Saturday, the game is canceled

If you play a doubleheader Saturday, both games are seven innings long since that is the normal rule for a Sunday doubleheader around the league

On Friday, you can not start before the scheduled game time ... so if for example, the teams elect to play a doubleheader Friday and not play Saturday, it would be two nine-inning games beginning at 6:30 p.m. .... No new inning of a game may start after 1 a.m. ... so all 18 innings would have to be done by then; however, you could suspend and try to finish the game on Saturday.

However, most likely, the SEC would grant a waiver for an earlier start time if the weather forecast is bad enough

There's no reason at all that UT couldn't stay an extra day to play on Sunday. Or that we couldn't start a DH of 9-inning games at 3:00 or 4:00 Friday. Just stupid.
