Is it the top 8 records, regardless of division, or top4 in each division that make Hoover? Thx.

they seed it as top 2 in each division and then the next 4, but at the end of the day its top 8 teams.

is a home and home game. We should stay with divisions and play only within the division and play each western divisional foe both home and away. It was that way for many years even before the addition of Ark and USC.
