i'm seeing what you guys are talking about. my question is what about the cable folks. the system i am on is metrocast. anybody heard which direction they are going in with regards to the secn? thanks for the help. dd

Metrocast will have the SECN. They are in the process of finalizing the deal, so it should be soon.

Everyone is going to carry it. The "power" was in the majority of providers not picking it up. Once Comcast is finalized, everyone else will basically be forced to fall in line or face the consequences.

Metrocast just sold out, I wouldn't assume anything with them at all.

I had a Metrocast tech in my office earlier this week and I asked him about the SEC Network. He said they would have it...that the reason they were going through all of the changes with getting all channels transferred to digital was to make room for it.

I asked him if he thought it would be a separate package as far as cost and he said he was hearing it was going to be included in their digital package at no additional charge. Will have to wait and see on that one....
