All of them look old and out of shape. No way they can keep up with what's going on the field. SEC should go out recruit former SEC football players and teach them to be Refs. Have enough of them so none of them are calling games for the school they played football for. If NASCAR has the wisdom to get athletes to be pit crew then you would think the SEC would.

Not sure, but I think this official is working in or can be hired by other conferences. He probably won't be, but I'm sure he is eligible.

There a huge shortage of refs. So many think it’s bias but they are doing the best they can.
