To me, OM's bigger concern for them is stopping the run. Can't stop the run on first and second down, you stay against 3rd and shorts, and you can't pin your ears back and go after the QB.

They've got the potential for a pretty elite pass rush if they dial it up. Got to handle the run game first though. Wommack started out in the Joe Lee D in 2012 and has become progressively more conservative as his talent level has gone up. Seems to be working pretty well overall even though the sacks and tfl numbers are down...

Of course not, the have kimdeechee and the best dl in the sec. Their lack of production compared to ours is because their opponents have been 10x better. Boise is the winningest team the last ten years in CFB, Vandy had back to back 9 win seasons and ULL has St Mark as the head coach. That's the hardest shedule in the SEC thus far. Maybe I'm wrong but everything I've posted has been said by the bears and they know their team best.

Nah... remember they've played a way tougher schedule than anybody else.

I refuse to use sarcasterisks when it's that 17in obvious.

Boise could have rushed for more yards if they would have just committed to it. They got tired of 3 yard runs, but that RB was breaking through to the LBs pretty frequently.

On a related noted - good f*cking luck running on us. If LSU lines up and runs straight over our front 7 (150+ yards), I'll be extremely disappointed.

I agree and said so during the game. Boise

Had a shot that 2nd half had they just committed to the run but alas.
