Political texts and calls aren't spam because politicians make the rules about what's spam and what isn't.

I will admit, that on many occasions, I will reply with very "creative and opposing" answers.

You’re wasting your time.

Sooooooo........ a long time ago someone apparently used my phone number for something, and they are local and obviously of different political beliefs.............. so, from time to time, I get texts that are obviously not mass generated, and asking for localized support. stop there for a moment, long ago, I did all I could to get removed from all these lists and such, and frankly thought they were at the door step of some version of fraud, and so I protected my world, and the messages did down for a couple of years, and then when the political world heated up again, so did the messages.......back to the recent past, I decided that instead of throwing a fit, I would simply play along and provide appropriate and reasonable opposing arguments and view points as to why I would not be going along with what ever the text was pushing for....... It has brought great joy and satisfaction and entertainment in my life. I have had some wonderful responses......... much like keeping a telemarketer on the phone for 30+minutes (old age entertainment)
