...and followup by saying I'd take ours any day over one that's hosted by CSTV. I hate clicking on a PDF file on one of those, and it comes up in that reduced window, where you have to click it aGAIN to see it full size.

Don't get me wrong I am glad you posted it because it just occupied 15 min of time for me a t work while I looked at every schools sit. That being said...

They all look the same the only ones that kind of impressed me were Tennessee and Kentucky and I think they were done by the same company

I'll say this list is horrible. Doing a very quick look at all of them

Georgia, Alabama and Auburn's are the best - by far.
Florida I would rank near the bottom
Vandy has a good layout but terrible graphics
MSU is similar to Vandy and both are in the middle
Arkansas is in the middle
Kentucky has the best graphics, but the site has horrible layout
LSU and Tennessee are similar to Kentucky- good graphics, bad layout
South Carolina and Ole Miss' are the worst.

So the 615 rankings are:
1. Georgia
2. Alabama
3. Auburn
GAP
4. Kentucky
5. Tennessee
6. LSU
GAP
7. Vanderbilt
8. Mississippi State
9. Arkansas
10. Florida
GAP
11. Ole Miss
12. South Carolina

If by too dull you mean not cluttered with a bunch of unattractive ads, then yes, it is. However, after looking at a few of those sites, there is no way in hell that Arkansas has a better site than MSU. You wanna see dull, go check it out. That thing looks like some **** I threw together for a computer class in high school.

Because I have seen plenty of "action shots" on the MSU website. To me an "action shot" is a picture of a player playing the game, and I have seen that many times on MSU's website, so I don't really know what you are complaining about.

I hate post count smack, but I do wonder sometimes about things like this when it is the poster's first post. Oh well, at least it's better than "I got banned from Genespage, can I be your friend?"

Learn how to 17ing post.

Second of all- I have worked on the MSU athletic site (but not the current one). Until recently, I worked on three SEC sites. You see, these things are not designed in-house. They are designed by a firm (Host, XOS, Jump, The artist formerly known as OCSN). The only thing that the athletic departments really do is push information, which is just press releases. All that being said, I ranked the MSU site in the middle tier - its not as badly designed as others. Florida's is horrible and these rankings have them #1. I agree with Auburn, Alabama and Georgia being at the top because they are good sites.
