If I were taking anyone, I think I would take Kentucky. I really like the way their guards have been playing lately. I kinda like Bama as a long-shot too.</p>

I was just thinking that Hendrix is as good as anybody down low and Gee and Riley can get hot for a few days. I agree that LSU has been playing better; I just think Bama has a higher ceiling.</p>

This is Kentucky, and they do have a bye this year. Not only that, but they play in the second session of the 2nd day. So that means that by the time they tip off, 6 schools will have been eliminated in previous sessions. That means that those 6 sections of the arena, along with almost all of the general admission sections will be blue by the time they tip off. So they'll essentially be the home team for any game they play. I'd probably have them at 4-1.

That's sick. Kentucky has won 25 of the 47 SEC tournaments. And if you have ever been to an SEC tourney, you can understand how that happens. They essentially turn the arena into Rupp Arena by the time the tourney is over. If you're going to beat them, it's best to get them early in the tourney when they haven't been able to take over the tourney. Otherwise, you're essentially having to win a road game to beat them.

you can get great tix very very easily if KY loses. In '02, I was living in Downtown Atlanta, one block from the Hilton and the Marriott Marquis. As soon as KY lost, I walked down the street into the lobby of the Marquis and bought two courtside (I'm talking Jack Nicholson @ Laker Games/Spike Lee @ Knick Games) tix for 1/2 of face value.

It got even better when we beat BAMA the next day.
