I have a chance to go. How do tickets work? Sec is selling them for $700 and up and the are good for all the games?

What's the protocol? Wait for some teams to lose the. Buy from people leaving town?

But always in Atlanta and once in Nashville. Never, ever bought a ticket ahead of time. It's one of the rare sporting events I will drive to with a wad of cash and buy my ticket on site. If you go Thursday night, yes, you can snatch some tickets from some teams who lose, but you'll have to fight 20 Kentucky fans for every available ticket. The ticket are sessions. Two sessions on Thursday and Friday, one session on Saturday and Sunday. Sometimes you can just buy the session you want but sometimes you're better off buying the book. As long as Kentucky is around, you can always get rid of it for at least what you paid for it.

and we've always gotten good tickets for cheap from an early loser. Especially when we have a bye. If you can get lucky enough for UK to get beat, they're almost free.

UK packed out Rup... I mean bridgestone Arena and it was a complete sellout.<div>
</div><div>But you would be correct. I imagine in New Orleans, UK won't have as heavy a showing as normal, but you can bet they will be coming out of the woodwork, and as long as they are winning, if we get put out before Sunday, you can EASILY get rid of a ticket. No other SEC school brings the fans that Kentucky does. Florida might have the next best showing, but they won't touch UK. Them, followed by us (if we make it to Saturday), Bama, LSU, MAYBE UT, then the rest of the schools will have a USM in Hawaii type showing. Their pep bands outnumber the fans in the stands. </div><div>
</div><div>With all that said, just buy a ticket at the door. You won't have any problem finding a seat in the early rounds, however, should we win on Friday, I'd get a ticket for our Saturday PLUS Sunday (I think you can do that) just in case. Should we lose, you shouldn't have a problem selling a Sunday ticket. </div>

most of the Big Blue Nation never make it into Rupp unless it is so far in the upper deck, the game looks like an ant race.<div>
</div><div>Its likely that the UK's first round site will be in the YUM center which will be a harder ticket than UNC at Rupp. They will come to NO in droves.</div><div>
</div><div>My group is long on tickets. We haven't decided whether to unload them before at a premium or take them to NO and bank on a deep UK run.</div>
