Florida is loaded with talent they just haven’t put it together yet. The same for LSU and Mainieri is under a ton of pressure at LSU.
Florida wins 13-1. A major beatdown.
Alabama also up on Tennessee 2-0 in the second game through the top of the 6th. Alabama getting the win last night and another one today is a huge boost on them getting into the NCAA tournament. Their win may have prevented USC from hosting while Bama themselves have been on the fringe of the tournament for a while. So, they may be working their way in with this weekend.
LSU loss yesterday might have knocked them out. They have 13 SEC wins. 14 and they are much more safe. Committee might give them a nod regardless given their fanbase.

Vandy won last night with a walkoff in the 9th against Ole Miss.
Miss State apparently does not like the SEC Tournament this year as they go down today 12-2 to Tennessee. State gives up 25 runs in two games to get sent home quick, fast and in a hurry.

Extremely poor showing by Miss St. Maybe they figure their NCAA ticket's already punched so SEC tourney doesn't matter.
I don't think so. Yes, their ticket to the tournament is punched, but they are probably sitting at the 8 seat, or on the cusp of it. So, they were playing to make sure they host not only a regional, but a super regional. Two double digit losses may bump them to the 9 slot and they'll no longer be playing at home all the way to the CWS.
