Creative. Two first downs on passes, and then run the ball for two yards. then throw for two yards and then run for two yards. I am very impressed by McCall's creativity. Wow. We are a disaster. This is unwatchable - WhyFitzWhy?

Nor sure what is worse - the inept play or the inept play calling. Really, with the success running in the first half, run up the middle on 4th and 4? Maybe that is such a horrible play to call McCall thought Iowa would fall for it?

This feels like when Isiah Brown wasn't playing for the hoops team. Somebody knows something and isn't saying. It makes no sense not to TRY something if Hunter is supposed to be NU's QB next year.

This last touchdown is indicative of what is going on. Iowa running back is hit by Paddy at the 2-yard line and he drags him into the endzone despite the fact Fisher outweighs the guy by 40 pounds and was supposed to be our All-American this year.

Our defense has lost focus, but I wonder how much of that is frustration with the offense? Maybe not consciously.

What is it like to play on a team where one unit is much better than the other? How do they face each other?

That Mangieri drop was brutal. The decision by Cam Green not to return might have hurt us more than any single factor this year. Go back and rewatch the bowl game last year and try to imagine how that game would have turned out without him. We have no production at all from the SB position this year. It is a black hole in the offense.

My goodness is Fitz going two be so stubborn as to leave Smith in a game where we have zero points after three quarters?
