I’m a little out of the loop on Amherst but did find some videos of Liberty and I think this is the best team they’ve fielded in several years.

I’m a little out of the loop on Amherst but did find some videos of Liberty and I think this is the best team they’ve fielded in several years.

Better than 2018? 2018 was a loaded Liberty team and I'm pretty sure they were deeper. That team started 3-0 as well, but only won 2 district games before making a playoff run. From what I heard, Liberty is not deep at all and you have 11 guys that pretty much never leave the field. I could be wrong.

Either way, they have been impressive so far with convincing wins over what I think to be inferior opponents. Amherst should be a good test.

Better than 2018? 2018 was a loaded Liberty team and I'm pretty sure they were deeper. That team started 3-0 as well, but only won 2 district games before making a playoff run. No that's a good point, their 2018 team was deeper and you're correct in that their starting 11 seem to never leave the field, but they play really really hard. If they can stay healthy I think they could end up on par with the '18 team.

Good stuff. They have some experience could possibly pull off a better record than 5-5 before playoffs. Gotta pull off some upsets, starting with this week.

They should be tough by the end of the regular season. I expect a bigger jump next season.
