I played 2 brackets , 1 I did , 1 I didn’t .. tonight UT had a great gameplay , their subs played out the *** , our forwards were not up the challenge . We were not quite athletic enough . And we need a traditional center , not a f%}}+%}%ing point guard center . But injuries derailed what we really wanted to do this season .. sad … FU Vols .. FU forever

I had UT beating us in both brackets I did.

Going into the season, I predicted 7-10 seed and wanted to win a game in the tournament.

I started dreaming big after Duke and Gonzaga. I thought a Final Four could be possible with a few breaks.

I tempered my expectations when injuries began to mount to where they were preseason.

This team exceeded my initial expectations. While I’m not happy with the results of this game and how it was played, I still will remember these guys fondly.

Nope. Had them going out this game. I was being realistic. Told everyone months ago that this wasn't a title team and Pope overachieved with what he was able to put together in less than 2 months (roster and coaching staff). He did an amazing job when you also consider he only got 7 games where the team was healthy.

As soon as I saw we would be playing a team that we beat multiple times and it was being played in a dome (still pissed that every region played in NBA arenas and we were stuck in an NFL stadium) where shooters tend to struggle, I just didn't think they had a shot. Reminded me of the Auburn game where they beat us to go to the Final 4 after losing to us multiple games that year.

The future will be much better now that he has time to actually recruit. I'm sure as soon as he is done with the press he will be recruiting his butt off.

In terms of brackets I always have them go all the way. Realistically, I thought winning the first game would be tough. This roster isn't/wasnt healthy.

Lamont Butler is the reason we made it this far.

I had us beating Tennessee and losing to Houston. Not that it makes me feel any better but my final four is still intact. I have Bama, Florida, Auburn, Houston. Florida beating Bama. Of course two of those could go out the window tonight

With Robinson, Elite Eight. Team is not a Final Four team and damn proud of a Sweet Sixteen this year. More than any true Kentucky fan could have realistically expected or hoped.
