He was very intense during the game, and there were times when we could of gave up and lost by 3 touchdowns. When it was 23-14, last year the game would of ended 38-14. We had 4 turnovers, we have no qb and hardly any talent and we hung it with lsu who has a recruiting class in the top 10 every year. Now it sucks we lost that way and, maybe hand it to dixon but we shouldn't have given a punt for a td, a interception for a td, and 4 turnovers. That was a player problem, not a coaching problem - lee made good reads and bad reads - it has made the best in what talent, he has. 4 years from now and we lose that way, no excuse but seriously give him some slack. Bitching about mullen? Get a grip, I am more pissed than anyone about this loss, hell I live in lsu country and have to hear all this crap from lsu fans year long, so no one is more disappointed than me. No one expected it to be even close, I tip my hat to mullen and look forward to the future of msu.

Still stinks that we found a way to lose when it was set up just perfectly. i mean you couldn't have scripted it any better to have a shot at the upset, and then to blow it inside the 1 yard line twice in a row. Mullen is something we haven't had in a long time though: a coach. He never stops coaching, and I think we are lucky to have him.

second guessing himself . And if you can give me a list of all the coaches you know that have never been second guessed by their fan base I`d like to see it.

He needs to be second guessing himself. To set the record straight, I am probably an idiot for bashing Mullen. He is probably the reason we were in the game, but being in the game and not scoring from the foot line are two different things in my book. Once you get there, you can't screw it up. I am a through and through MSU fan and only criticize because the kinda of game we saw today has become the norm with MSU football.

we norm-ally aren't that close at the end.....he might be second guessing his decision to punt from midfield late in the game giving up a 93 yd TD.....

I was more excited today watching the bulldogs than I've been in a long time....was sick when it ended, but when I think about the past 4 years, i feel a little better....

Mullen has a few free years in my book...anything he can get the first 2 years is GRAVEY....after that, I'll mbe much more critical....until then...GO DAWGS!
