Brett Favre is a bigger drama queen than anyone on the Real World or Jersey Shore. I don't know if this "oh, maybe I will...maybe I won't retire" crap is cause for elation on the tract between Tylertown and Hattiesburg, but it is really getting old. In a leader, you want decisiveness. I hope the Vikings get as sick of this **** as the Packers did.

but to my knowledge, Favre has not said a damn thing yet. He is locked up in his house not saying anything to anybody. I understand frustration from folks over the delay, but people calling him a drama queen and media ***** is ridiculous.

only to trot a relative out to the media to plant that seed of doubt. If he's still not sure, why not just STFU until he is sure. Why did we even have to have one media story over this, let alone two?

All Favre has to do now is put out a release through his agent saying he hasn't decided yet or he's coming back or he's not coming back. It isn't that complicated. Maybe he's banging Rachel Nichols and wants her to hang around his front lawn a little longer.

I am by no means a huge Favre supporter, but if this wasnt the information age, it would be a non story. Nothing bothers me more than all these ESPN analysts bitching about having to cover another Favre retirement. You know what? Don't cover it. You think Favre wants people coming to Hattiesburg/Kiln?

As for Minnesota, they knew what they were getting into signing a 40 year old QB. I dont hold anything against Favre for the way he has handled any of this over the last few years. It is a tough decision for him. He knows he should probably step away, but he just can't do it. He comes back last year and LIGHTS IT UP, and now he probably wants to try it again but has trouble walking across the bedroom in the mornings.

This entire "drama" is a product of ESPN/SI/FOX.

And yes, he does like people coming to Hattiesburg to keep him in the spotlight.

The whole drama is a creation of the media, a creation that the media insists came from elsewhere.

So there are reports that Favre texted teammates. Which ones? Which teammate has confirmed this? Note, nada. In fact, every single Viking that has been asked by the media has denied any knowledge.

Dear Mass Media,

I have to direct one of my favorite movie quotes to you, "don't pee on my back and tell me its raining".

Thanks.
