Seriously, how dare they? How dare they be over-the-top excited about one of the most thrilling finishes in recent college football history? A victory that was virtually meaningless other than it being in the oldest rivalry in the South and keeping alive SEC and national championship aspirations for a team not predicted to be in a bowl game by some and who went 3-9 last year with nary a conference win. How could a fanbase get excited over something as trivial as that? I would hope that as good Bulldogs, if we were ever put in a similar position, we would do nothing more than have a brief moment of highly restrained celebration before allocating this to its proper place in history, to be dusted off every five years for a sentimental walk down memory lane. 17 AUBURN!!

If we had won against Bama Saturday night, I wouldn't embarrassed about most any way someone decided to remember it. I'd be fine with a video of HD6 and DS hugging and crying in the stands while Michael Bolton sings How Am I supposed to Live Without You.
