A couple: 2 (always)

A few: 3-5

Several: 6-10

'A few' and 'several' can change by a number or two depending on what you're talking about.

several: being more than two but fewer than many in number or kind: several ways of doing it.

few: not many but more than one

and everyone knows a couple is 2 only. A few can mean as little as two, but usually 3 or more, several has to be at least 3.
