The department should cut salaries if they are that desperate, not out here begging for people to not ask for refunds and to just donate the money. When you are that short sighted, inconsiderate, and you can’t even offer transparency about investigations like Lyons has established, its hard to feel sympathetic toward any concern the AD has.</blockquote>
