Can Taylor pass? Never seen him enough to know. He seems to certainly run the ball well. Know nothing about ChromeHook.

Kromenhoek was a very good HS QB. 4 star outta GA. He's a true sophomore. Glad to have him.

Was not impressed with the few throws I saw Kromenefski. Taylor threw not a pass, but as he is I see Relf coast 2.0 if he never throws a pass!

wasn’t there a mention postgame of Shapen being injured? I assume it was his throwing hand he was messing with that the announcer mentioned during the game in the 4th quarter.

Taylor will play his 4 games and will be the starter next season. Khawk is great value Fitz. If Shapen goes down, it could get interesting but in a bad way.

The best QB in MSU history....the back up.
The back ups. We’re doubling down on calling for the backup QB. Seriously from what little I saw we’re gonna be in trouble if Shapen gets injured. Very small sample size but the one pass Kromenhauk threw was kind of a wounded duck.

Shapen was shaking and rubbing his throwing hand after taking a hit in the 3rd.
He came back in after the quarter break and finished the drive. If there was any worry about him being injured, he wouldn’t have come back in. I think he’s fine.

Injured or not, Shapen is easily in the top 3 or 4 of QBs that have played at MSU yet our fans can’t wait to see him in a body cast so they can be “right” about his injury history.

Taylor will likely play a few snaps in most every game. I don’t see any reason to redshirt him.
He played a couple snaps against USM, he ain't getting a bunch against the better teams. But he's likely not here for more than 3 years anyway, so whatever wins games.

He’ll get snaps in that short yardage 3rd and 1 or 2 package against every team we play. Mag not get too many in the goal line version of that package vs the good teams though.

That was a pick if it hadn't been tipped. For a USM TD
