Time will tell if all these GMs are smart or will many of them lose their job because of this choice to embarrass this young man.

I don't think anyone is trying to embarass him.

The NFL is about talent. They will overlook a LOT for a talented player.

I think what we're seeing is just each and every NFL team doesn't see his talent as at the level his family thinks it is.

His annoying attitude just makes the story better.

And annoying father. Deion will probably try to call all the shots with whatever team drafts him.

Yes. A combination of an arrogant/unteachable attitude and not enough talent to compensate for it.

Sanders would have made more as a college senior than he's going to make in the NFL his first several seasons. This slide has cost him a ton.

As coup pointed out earlier, he's already rich. Is he really playing for money or just using his paycheck as a way of keeping score? I think he and daddy had a vision of an NFL career that was not shared by 32 professional organizations over multiple rounds. Personally, I wanted my Cowboys to draft him, sit back, and enjoy the Prime and Jerry Show. πŸ™‚

I agree, he's keeping score and lost miserably! That said, $30m+ is a lot of money, even with his $.

It just amazes me the media bought into all the glitz, He was the #1 draft story throughout and now he's the 5th QB on a $hitty team! It looks like it's all about branding with him and his camp, I can't see how that will work out for him now!
