This data is probably a couple of years outdated, but Shelby still doesn't beat Richmond, although you do beat Indy in win %. However, considering who Indy and Richmond have each played and beat to win their 7 ea 4AA state titles compared to who Shelby played to earn their titles, I'd say this is a still a very sizeable gap. For Richmond's percentage to be that high and for them to ALWAYS have been playing the biggest schools and the best competition the state has to offer speaks volumes about their all-time greatness. Shelby? Ehh...not so much.
For reference sake, Butler will very soon (next year, actually) easily be #2 on this list (currently 189 - 53...78.1%). It will be a while before Mallard Creek hits 200 wins, but they currently sit at 79 - 26...75.2%. At the rate they are winning football games (now and in the foreseeable future), they have a serious shot at being #1 one day when they reach the required minimum number of wins.
