It was competitive for two series of about ten plays each with the 1's vs 1's .and one series with backups for both teams.. The score was 1-1. Then the JV played for about 45 minutes along with freshman . Then it got serious , 1's vs 1's down and distance punts, time kept , and everything. Like a real game. Sherando won that 3-1 and was going to score a fourth Td when time was called. It was about like playing a quarter of football. LV scored on the first series of the for real scrimmage, Then they never got a first down from that point forward. There was a few subs from both sides , only normal linemen rotation, however it was first team on both sides in the last portion or quarter, with down and distance being kept, and time being kept by the refs. Little Entsminger lit it up probably threw for Almost 200 yards , and ran for about 70. Sherando played a lot of subs early, as did LV. It was all Sherando when it was live. LV has some nice players, and will win some games this year, possibly make a playoff run. Good luck!

Why would JV and Freshmen be at a Varsity scrimmage?

It's just the way it's always been around here. Not just a varsity scrimmage, it's a scrimmage for all teams.
I know I gave said this before, but what a nice facility LV has.
