With the impending lockout that folks are predicting. I would think it would still be pretty substantial.

1. Whether or not there actually is a lockout.

2. Whether or not the rookie salary scale is slotted by draft pick....like the NBA.

Personally, I would just be thrilled to see a home-grownMSU player taken in the first round.
