not be allowed at least one mistake and one chance to fix that mistake? Pope made a mistake on picking the right players this year. Give him the chance to fix that in his 3rd year, if he can't fix it, then he needs to go. I just can't believe that a coach in his 1st year playing in the toughest league in the history of basketball and was able to put together a whole new team on short notice and had a team that if not for injuries could have won it all, just forgot how to coach.

And anybody that thinks last years team if healthy could not have won it all is delusional.

He made a mistake picking the wrong players.

But we're in JANUARY and this team doesn't know how to play ball. That's a different coaching failure every day, every game, every practice. This team should be better than it is, even with the poor roster construction.
