Should college teams get into the throwback jersey trend?

Seems like every week teams are wearing throwbacks in the NFL. It is probably all about revenue (8 different jerseys they can sell now) but it is also pretty cool. I think it would be awesome to have throwbacks one game out of the year. We could go way back to the A&M years, the Jackie years, see the old M with the arrow helmet, the old bully helmet, etc.

I think it would be awesome. I am surprised universities haven't caught on to this yet.

Does anyone have any solid knowledge about us wearing black uniforms this year? I have seen it rumored on GP and BDJ. Brad Krayer? JackatShelter?

which is only for the games where they face off with another original AFL team, Mr. "every week", is for the 50th anniversary of the AFL. For the NFL's 75th anniversary season, they wore a less nauseating throwback. But yes, this is all about selling as much merchandise as possible.

but it just seems like they've done it almost every week, and they look terrible. I'm fine with throwbacks as long as they aren't as ugly as what the Broncos have come out in so far this year.

and I personally loved it. I would like to see everyones throw back jerseys, I think it would give the fans and players something to look forward to every year

Goodun.

College throwbacks would be cool.

The NFL should really stop. It was cool the 1st year they did it (in recent history). It was a little cool the year after that. Damn now it seems like they're doing it about every year......which means those jerseys are no longer throwbacks. They're just alternate jerseys. And they've worn out their welcome.
