Should we have an "opt-out" clause in the game contract to allow us to refuse to play an opponent that is ranked in the top 25 during game week?
If we could not substitute with a team that we should be heavily favored to demolish, we could just have an open date. We would gain by not playing the game: 1- Our spirits would remain unbroken 2- We would not sustain game day injuries & 3- Practicing against ourselves makes us better than actually competing against the big boys.
