considering adidas has been responsible for these monstrosities:







do we really want to continue our contract with them? i dont care how "great" of a relationship we have with them, if all they serve up is ****, why stick with them? stricklin needs to bake nike a cake, accept the fact that nike wont give us as good of a deal, and sign with nike because im tired of uniform reveal after uniform reveal that is a total joke. there is a reason that most teams select nike.

they even make a pig look good:

Agree that Nike would definitely be better but I personally like Adidas better than UA and WAY better than that Russell crap we had during the Croom era.

adidas is definitely better than russell, but i think under armour is hit and miss.

i love the classic auburn unis:



but the gamecock unis arent that great.



auburn's prior unis were russell:



which makes me think since there is so little variation between the russell and ua versions of the auburn look, the schools have more say in the matter than some want us to believe...which raises the question, why havent we been more proactive in our uniform design? im sure there is some meeting between the athletic dept where we are asked, "what would msu prefer", to which we apparently say, "let your design monkey surprise us".

We keep Adidas. The uniforms have to do with marketing and getting attention on social media, which is big for recruits. You want to keep your program in the discussion and uniforms are a way to do it. All recruits are young kids mainly out of high school, and they like this kind of stuff.

I don't agree with that line of thinking. LSU, UGA, AU, UA, UT have all had the same uniforms for decades and have been kicking our *** in recruiting for decades.

I don't

really have a problem w them. I don't wear it so I cannot speak to the performance of the clothes during games. The players seem to be fine with it.

One fool yesterday said he would change unis to attract just one top recruit. Where the hell did these people come from ?
