<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Let's say some wealthy Bulldog alumnus survives the Bolshevik revolution in Washington and gives the Athletic department some big money. What infrastructure priorities would you make?
</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Mine: </p>
  1. Create full seating down the baselines at Dudy Noble. Full canopy for all grandstand and sideline seating. Turn DN into a college Wrigley with real brick walls throughout. I would like to see ivy in the outfield too. Maybe it would look like the Bricktown venue in Oklahoma City more than Wrigley.
  2. Gut the Hump interior and make the floor blend seamlessly with crowd seating like Cameron Indoor Stadium. Change sight lines of second deck to match the Ok State arena that is very loud and intimidating to the opposition. Basically, we would have the Gallagher-Iba Arena of the SEC. with a Duke floorplan.
  3. Tear down the Shira Field House and build something to house tennis and women's sports like basketball. More intimate, more atmosphere, and less seating. Think of Texas A&M indoor football facility in combo with the Case tennis center in Tulsa.
  4. Tear down the M-Club thing and bleachers at scott field and build larger weeping structure that encloses both end-zones. The structure has football seating on the outside and has large multimedia class rooms inside. Other than being a football jewel with a highly improved locker-room, it would have a place to take freshman Psychology and Chemistry I. <span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Think about the Kenan stadium structure in UNC but have that on both sides. The structure inside would be enclosed shrine to MSU athletics with a vending concourse.</span>
  5. <span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Make the west grandstand look like the east grandstand on the outside.</span>
  6. <span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Place the cool LCD? Stuff like the old Lehman Bother's building in New York or the NASDAQ market site on the Scott field interior trims. Like where it says "Welcome to Mississippi State University"</span>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"></p>

<span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">I think this would take like a billion. We can just tax the rich and get the cash right?</span></p>

1. I'm with you on Dudy Noble.
2. I'd like to give DWS a facelife all over... new paint, Ribbon Boards, etc... The field itself is great... Then, I'd like to add about 4-8K seats in the endzone with about two stories of suites. Which will equal more money whether we sell the thing out or not..

Those are really my only two big things that I don't think we already have in the plan

...do all the "shovel ready" work on your Bulldog Utopia & I'll take their place and suffer all those Socialist tax hikes I have coming.

That's RonnyAtmosphere's version of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.</p>
