Nebraska is on that list of states to accept them I believe. We have a low income apartment complex being built 1 mil from my house, if those suns-a-bitches end up one mile from me....
Scoring political points on a decision that won't be theirs and they can't enforce. Nebraska's ban on fireworks should tell you how well it works to outlaw things on a state-by-state basis.
